This is a dynamic, body-blasting, team training lead by a Zone 3 Fitness trainer. Z3 Circuit is a training  program that combines cardio and strength training intervals using a variety of weights and training tools to decrease body fat, burn calories, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and endurance.  Each exercise can be modified to fit your specific fitness level, but the group energy will push you to do the best that you can, giving you the best workout possible.  This program will push you HARD with creative exercises, goal oriented challenges, and heart pumping exercises that will make you and your muscles fit and strong!
